Things I Love: 1-20

1. Waking up next to Casey, who every morning reaches out to cuddle with me before we get out of bed.
2. The way Eli's tail wags and his butt wiggles when he gets excited to see someone - especially my mom. It's adorable.
3. Belle's sweet face, particularly when she's content and purring.
4. Luc's purr - it's perfectly rhythmic and relaxing.
5. The feeling of turning pages on a book I'm reading. (That's something the Nook definitely lacks)
6. The feeling of sunshine on my face and the way it warms me.
7. The flash of lightning followed by loud, rumbling thunder during a storm.
8. How excited my nephew gets about big and little things - from his first roller coaster ride to just wanting to tell someone about his day.
9. Teaching piano and the way a kiddos face lights up when they catch on to something.
10. Living in a football state - I surely missed that living in Vermont!
11. Getting home from work or just being out and immediately putting on pajamas and feeling like I can finally relax.
12. Taking of my running shoes after a good run.
13. Trying out new makeup and mixing new colors.
14. Falling in love with characters of a book and then missing them when I'm finished with it.
15. The hanging silk lamps in my bedroom with touch dimmers attached to the nightstands - definitely one of the best things ever.
16. Straws - they were one of the greatest inventions ever for someone who has minimal feeling in her chin and lower lip.
17. Chips, salsa, and queso - I could eat them every day.
18. Walking around my dad's furniture store and dreaming about all the beautiful furniture I could have in my custom built home someday - it's an expensive dream!!
19. Feeling on top of the world when I first start a horseback ride and the success when I've ridden well that day.
20. Climbing into bed at night with freshly shaven legs, clean sheets, and feeling like I've accomplished something - it's seriously a great feeling completed by a sigh of relief.

I love straws too! Number 14 is too heartbreaking though. I get so upset when a book is done and I can't be friends with the character in real life and know what happens to them for forever. Too sad to love that.

What a fun list!
